3. Put the flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk together until thoroughly blended. Measure out the chocolate chips. 4. Add the dry ingredients and the chocolate chips to the wet ingredients. Fold everything together until the wet and dry ingredients are just combined.
