First, Vesta Dipping Grill brought back a modicum of cheer to all the bummed out businesses in Denver suffering from the economy; then Vesta's staff, otherwise known as the bearers of all things happy, initiated, for the first time in the restaurant's history, a happy hour for the people -- quite possibly the best happy hour in the city, thanks to a new board of fantastic Colorado cocktails, all priced at $7 during happy times.

Now, owners Josh and Jen Wolkon are bringing live music back to the Vesta stage on Thursday, June 25 when New Vintage, a Boulder-based New Orleans-style band, jams from 9 p.m. to midnight. There's no cover charge to kick up your heels, and there's a late night happy hour, too, with happy prices.
