We just published the Restaurant roll call for January, a compendium of new places that opened last month, as well as old places that closed.

A few familiar names both closed and opened, after taking time in late December or early January for vacation or remodeling, or both. Among the reinvigorated (and, in a couple of cases, remodeled): D'Corazon, 1530 Blake Street, which took its annual holiday break; The Kitchen, 1039 Pearl Street, Boulder, which used the time off for a major renovation; and Sabor Latino, 4340 West 35th Avenue, which came back from its break with a new menu, new look and somewhat new name: Sabor Bar and Grill.

Masalaa, 3140 South Parker Road, didn't get to plan its hiatus; the popular vegetarian restaurant in Aurora closed in order to handle major maintenance issues. But the repairs are done and it, too, is now serving.

White Fence Farm, at 6263 West Jewell Avenue in Lakewood, was supposed to reopen today after a two-week break for vacations and cleaning, but because of the weather, it's postponed that reopening until tomorrow.
