Behind the Scenes at Onefold

As our monthly Restaurant Roll Calls can attest, openings have been fast and furious this summer, with hot spots in Highland and RiNo leading the trend-happy charge. Meanwhile, Terese and Mark Nery have quietly been wooing the crowds at Onefold, their eatery on East 18th near the medical complex, with a simple menu whose dishes, composed of mostly organic ingredients, resemble what the owners cook at home. The cozy spot has developed "a cult-like following," notes Gretchen Kurtz in her review of Onefold. Photographer Danielle Lirette stopped by to see what all the fuss is about.
