Chefs from Colorado and beyond showed off their outdoor cooking skills at Acreage Restaurant, the farmhouse eatery operated by Stem Ciders in Lafayette. On Sunday, August 11, Cochon 555's Heritage Fire brought whole hogs, mountains of beef, sizzling chicken and other barbecued, roasted, grilled and smoked meats to the rolling hills of Boulder County that Acreage calls home. It was the weekend's best meat-up!
