Cochon 555 Goes Whole Hog in Denver

Chefs from Mercantile, Basta, The Nickel, Harman's Eat & Drink and The Corner Office showed off what they could do with the other white meat at Cochon 555. Each chef received a heritage-breed hog, which he or she then had to cook and serve up at a dinner at the Ritz-Carlton. All photos by Brandon Marshall.
