Haute cuisine had a moment this weekend at the Denver Food and Wine Classic at the Metropolitan State University of Denver, a four-day festival dedicated to the finer side of dining. At the Grand Tasting on Saturday afternoon, forty of Denver's top establishments offered guests the opportunity to sample over 600 wines and spirits, as well as gourmet bites.
