Father John Misty performing at Ellie Caulkins Opera House on April 9, 2016.
Father John Misty hit his knees and his stride in a two-night stand at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House this weekend. The "Bored in the U.S.A." troubadour also known as J. Tillman was born to play this part: the coquettish, passionate, sleazy frontman of a compelling and conscientious rock band. Duo Tess and Dave opened the show with charming psychedelia and quirky choreography. All photos by Miles Chrisinger.
