First Look: Illegal Pete's Comes to Colfax
Illegal Pete's opens its eighth Colorado burrito bar (and ninth overall) at 2001 East Colfax Avenue tomorrow morning (Friday, May 13). Founder Pete Turner converted a run-down former IHOP into a stunning and spacious basilica of burritos, with a rambling outdoor patio, vaulted ceilings and the usual, beloved array of fresh-Mex offerings. Plenty of festive events are scheduled throughout the weekend. Photos by Mark Antonation.
