Historic Denver handed out four Community Preservation Awards on October 28: to the new La Alma Lincoln Park Historic Cultural District, the circa 1903 11th Avenue Hostel, the Unitarian Society of Denver’s First Unitarian Church of Denver, and the Sullivan Gateway at the City Park Esplanade. After being listed as an endangered place by Colorado Preservation Inc. in 2013, the Sullivan Gateway received a $4.7 million restoration. Here are photos from the rededication ceremony last spring.
