And on September 16, the league is doing it again. But it's also making a few changes.
This time, the party will start at 5 p.m. to give families with small children a larger window to enjoy the fete (and, hopefully, spread out the crowd). The trucks will also have more volunteers on hand to help with clearing trash and keeping the space clean.
And the trucks will be better equipped to handle the masses.
