Chef Mary Nguyen closed P17 this spring in order to focus on Olive & Finch, a concept that she hopes to grow into several more restaurants over the next few years, starting in Cherry Creek this fall. Photographer Danielle Lirette recently visited Nguyen in the original Olive & Finch on East 17th Avenue.
