Despite ongoing construction in the area, RiNo just got a little easier to access. Today, August 11, representatives from the City and County of Denver and the RiNo business community unveiled a pedestrian bridge that connects River North, Curtis Park and Cole. The bridge crosses the railroad tracks and connects Blake and Wazee streets between 35th and 36th streets, providing "better and safer pedestrian access to RTD's East Rail Line Station at 38th and Blake streets. The bridge opened just in time for the Velorama Music Festival, which will take over RiNo August 11-13, and the associated Colorado Classic Bike Race. All photos by Brandon Marshall.
