John Hickenlooper kicked off his campaign for president at Civic Center Park on March 7, standing between Denver City Hall, where he served as mayor, and the State Capitol, where he just finished his second term as Colorado governor. Now he's aiming for the biggest office of all. "At four syllables and twelve letters, 'Hickenlooper' is now the biggest name in the race!" he told the crowd, which included numerous political officials and thousands of supporters, as well as Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, which closed the rally.
