On July 14, Denver welcomed Slow Food Nations to Larimer Square, and the food, wine and good-eating flowed free. Well, almost free. Inside the ticketed Colorado Made Block Party, guests enjoyed samples of some of the best treats Colorado has to offer, from restaurants in Denver, Grand Junction, Boulder, Buena Vista and more. Each vendor showcased what it does best, whether meat, vegetables, desserts, booze or snacks. The bites were lovingly made and stayed true to the slow-food ideas of consuming local produce and meat, sourcing from the best farms and staying true to tradition with tradition.
