The Second Annual Wings & Whiskey at Ace Eat Serve

The second annual Wings & Whiskey at Ace Eat Serve on Sunday, June 7 drew a sellout crowd that gobbled wings from the chefs of eleven different restaurants. This year's winners were chef Ryan Higgins of Lou's Food Bar, who took the Judges' Choice Award for his pickle-brined wings with jerk sauce and tostones, and chef Mimi Banish of the Osage Café, the restaurant that serves as an on-the-job training program for the kids in the academy, who won the People's Choice Award.
