Guests at the Denver Art Museum’s monthly last Friday Untitled evenings can always expect the unexpected, but with wacky event-meister and Japan-ophile Andrew Novick at the helm, Untitled: Rising Sun went a step further on May 27. Under Novick’s watch, Hello Kitty led museum tours, kawaii fashions ruled and visitors underwent a total cultural immersion. All photos by Brandon Marshall.
