Tara Perry on how her involvement in a crime spree ended

As a juvenile, Tara Perry -- now 29 -- was sentenced to 40 years in prison for attempted murder, robbery, assault and other crimes. Her sentence is the longest of any juvenile in the state of Colorado who didn't actually kill or maim anyone. In this video she tells the story of how her involvement in a crime spree ended, to Alan Prendergast of Westword in Denver. Perry's been in jail for thirteen years; she's up for parole in 2014.
