Number 72: Bacon flight from the Berkshire
The Berkshire is as pig-centric as any restaurant in Denver, and its neighboring Stapleton residents have been going hog-wild over its shrine-to-swine menu ever since it opened nearly two years ago. And who wouldn't pine for a pig palace that peddles pork chops and pork belly, pulled pork sliders slicked with barbecue sauce and bread and butter pickles, pancetta-wrapped jalapenos and our favorite dish from the Berk, the flight of bacon? That's right. Here in the confines of pig mania, you can order your very own foursome of bacon: cinnamon-chipotle, garlic, balsamic-glazed and curried. The plate comes with a brûléed fig, strawberry, roasted garlic clove and an herbed Alouette. Go ahead and wallow.
