k.d. lang, and
Laura Veirs) had plenty to offer the assembly of fans, picnickers and floral enthusiasts at the Denver Botanic Gardens last night, Sunday, July 10. The supergroup's official bio characterizes the three artists as an avant-rock icon, legendary musical nomad and indie-folk star, respectively. The group stuck mostly to their new album's collection of Americana-tinged songs, but crowd favorites included a cover of Neil Young's "Helpless" and lang's 1992 hit "Constant Craving." Read the full
