Sampling for Hope

Last night at the Westin Denver Downtown hotel, chefs and diners gathered for Sampling for Hope: A Casual Food Tasting to benefit SafeHouse Denver. Restaurants and caterers brought their best bite-sized dishes for guests to sample and judge, awarding their favorite samples in each category. Proceeds from the event, which included a silent auction, will go toward the organization's new Extended Stay Program. The winning dishes in three categories were the Denver ChopHouse for appetizers, Morton's Steakhouse for entree, and Lala's Wine Bar & Pizzeria for dessert. All photos by Danielle Lirette.
