We thought the insults would be flying over Jenny An’s Sarah Palin vs. Lady Gaga: Battle of the attention-grabbing sideshows, which pits Lady Gaga against Sarah Palin — or, as Mediatrends calls her, “Lady Blah Blah.”
So far, though, that competition has been a lovefest compared to the snit over street art and Matt Scobey. Still, a few readers sharpened their claws on the subject of the hypothetical faceoff:
Snorp73, for example, responded to An’s hypothetical face-off with this:
PLEASE. We are SO USED to you guys. Palin is who she is because of the shots she takes. She and her supporters are a lot tougher than those which she haunts the minds of (her enemies!).
And Sue Christensen offered this:
Nothing makes the liberals pee on their tennis shoes in a flood than to mention Sarah. Why are they so afraid of a beautiful, self-sufficient woman?
Then again, as Get Over Yourself suggested:
Nothing makes conservatives pee on their sensible pumps more than liberals laughing at Sarah Palin. Why are they so quick to embrace an attention-whoring idiot with the IQ of a dead goldfish?
