Boulder County Farmers' Market

The Boulder Farmers' Market is one of the most popular, and biggest, farmers' market in the state. Twice a week, it features picked-just-that-day produce along with breads, milk, cheeses, pork, beef, lamb, chicken, duck and prepared food, from smoked salmon to chocolate -- all from sellers passionate about their products. And vendors often offer shoppers cooking and planting tips. It's a perfect opportunity to find food that really is locally produced (the rules are very strict), as well as a sense of community unique to Colorado.
