When restaurateur Jared Leonard relocated from Chicago to Colorado, landing in Evergreen, he knew he wanted to open a restaurant in the small mountain town. Inspired by the campfires he remembered from childhood, nearly all of the food here is prepared in an outdoor kitchen over live fire, from the Neapolitan style pizzas to rotisserie chicken and barbecue.
