Glazed & Confuzed

Glazed & Confuzed owner and doughnut artist Josh Schwab has a penchant for the more inventive fried treat. He began his adventures in dough-frying at local farmers' markets, then upgraded to a shop in east Denver and finally, in May 2017, to Stanley Marketplace. Along the way, he's consistently balanced traditional methods and imagination, using fresh, local ingredients to create such heart-stoppers as a maple-bacon doughnut topped with hand-cured bacon, and a root beer float, with root beer glaze atop a Bavarian cream-filled doughnut.
