Sims owns this building; he ran the Denver Buffalo Company here and, more recently, Cielo. But that's not the only proof that he knows how to do Mexican: Sims and his wife, Pam, also own Lime.

The new restaurant will focus on Tex-Mex cuisine, including "Texas-inspired, Texas-sized Super Tacos." Cantina will also offer build-your-own tacos, burritos and burgers. Call 303-832-1109 or visit the website for more information.
