The happy hour will run from 3 to 6 p.m., and owner/executive chef Clint Wangsnes has cooked up some special dishes for the afternoon roster. Here's the rundown: Chop Shop chicken wings (pick mango red hot sauce or honey mustard with pickled mustard seed) for $6; hoisin-tamarind BBQ rib niblets with Southwestern Slaw for $6; tempura plate with zuccini, pickle, avocado, tofu and spicy buttermilk ranch for $4; Chop Shop slider (American cheese, crispy pickled onions, spicy aioli) for $4.
The drink deals include a Calamansi Reyka Moscow mule for $4, Pomegranite Milagro margarita for $5, and $1 off all beer and wine.
