DADA Art Bar at Broadway and Larimer Street has looked a little vacant over the past few days, but there are no signs indicating anything is otherwise amiss. We checked with Iain Chisholm, chef-owner of Americatus around the corner, who opened Dada two years ago as a neighborhood hangout for artists and other denizens of the River North and Ballpark neighborhoods.

Chisholm says that he has sold his share of the bar to the other partners in the business and that it's only temporarily closed while new management is installed. There's no word yet on when Dada will reopen.

The chef notes that he's back in the kitchen at Americatus and is focusing on the restaurant, his sausage business and the newly launched Colorado Taco Co., which sells pick-up and delivery breakfast from Americatus's kitchen on weekday mornings.
