East Moon Asian Bistro opens its doors tomorrow at 10431 Town Center in Westminster. It's a new restaurant, but its owners are veterans in the business -- they also have East Moon locations in Fort Collins and Longmont (and two related East Moons back East).
And depending on who you talk to, they may -- or may not -- also be involved with the much-beloved Moongate Asian Grill at 745 Quebec Street, which has a sibling Moongate in Boulder. (The Lafayette location mentioned on the Moongate website has a disconnected phone number, and the "coming soon" outpost in Fort Collins has yet to materialize.)
A new, ambitious Asian restaurant in the northwest suburbs is always good news. But if it features the Moongate mix of Japanese/Thai/Chinese/Vietnamese cuisines, it's very good news, indeed.
East Moon Asian Bistro will be serving seven days a week, from 11 a.m.- 10 p.m. There's no web site; the phone number is 303-635-1888.
