This week in Cafe Society, Gretchen Kurtz reviewed Palettes, Kevin Taylor's restaurant in the Denver Art Museum, where the service is sometimes far from artful. For Chef and Tell, Lori Midson interviewed Daniel Bradley of 5280 Burger Bar, who talked about his lifelong love of burgers, his hatred of fast food and more. And Mark Antonation visited his second Hawaiian restaurant, L & L Hawaiian Barbecue, for Ethniche. Also this week, Denver celebrated American Craft Beer Week -- as well as the 75th anniversary of the Squire Lounge.
