Guess where I'm eating?

There's nothing quite like sea urchin roe, which isn't roe at all, but the female gonads from the prickly, spiny sea creature that dwells on the ocean floor. Can you guess where I'm eating?

Special bonus: Anyone who gives the first correct answer to the week's Where am I drinking/eating posts is entered into a pool -- and every Monday, we select one lucky winner who'll receive an EatDenver dining deck, worth up to $520 in discounts at independent restaurants.
