Here's some good news for all you East Coasters homesick for a bona fide crab boil: Beginning this week, Jax Fish House, the Denver restaurant shrine to all things aquatic at 1539 17th Street, is throwing crab boils on its patio for groups of four or more.
The boils, priced at $35 per person, include fresh blue, Dungeness and snow crab, shrimp, crawfish, andouille sausage, corn on the cob and skin-on red potatoes. If there's a sharp claw in the deal, it's that you have to book 48 hours in advance. To do just that, call 303-292-5767.
