Well, in my experience no one (Frasca included) does it any better than the Palace Arms. I think Frasca's service is lovely for fine dining in Boulder but if you want to learn where to use which fork - you need to be at the Brown. I'm not always happy with the food/cost paradigm at the Brown but the front of the house is always impeccable.
