Although the first three iterations of Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar -- in Boulder, LoDo and Fort Collins -- made themselves at home in old buildings, for the fourth restaurant, the Big Red F restaurant group took on a completely new space, in the CitySet project at the edge of Glendale.
