On Sunday, August 14, Westword will host Tacolandia, a celebration of the city's street tacos in all their tortilla-wrapped glory. Join us at Sports Authority Field to enjoy unlimited samples from many of Denver's top taquerias, cantinas, Mexican restaurants and food trucks. Rolling up to the stadium will be La Santisima, a food truck specializing in tacos and tapas.

SHOW ME HOW
La Santisima will be delivering delicious pork-belly carnitas tacos on blue-corn tortillas. The food truck is new to Denver's street scene, having kicked off earlier this year with regional Mexican cuisine and appetizers from all over Latin America. Track them down at local tap rooms and special events listed on the Santisima Facebook page or call 720-369-1277.
Or for a sure thing, just pick up Tacolandia tickets for $40 for general admission, which gets you unlimited food samples and entertainment from 4 to 7 p.m.; a $75 VIP ticket includes early entry into the event at 3 p.m., plus two Estrella Jalisco beers and plenty of surprises...including food from chef Jamey Fader of Lola.
Get your tickets now at westwordtacolandia.com. (If you hurry, you still may be able to snag a fiesta four-pack: four GA tickets for just $100.)
