Though fall colors fade quickly in the Rocky Mountains, some things in Breckenridge last all year long — fun and beer among them. Home of the original Breckenridge Brewery, which opened almost three decades ago, Breck is a great place to start and end a leaf-viewing tour, especially when the tour starts a warm cup of java from the town's Cabin Coffee Co. and ends with cold beers and hearty food at the brewpub.
