Thirty minutes after the Whiteout fashion show ended at Artopia 2017 on February 25, the amphitheater at City Hall had been transformed into a street-art venue. Using black paint only, artists representing Larimer Street — including Lionel-Bravo Bumbakini, Jeromie Dorrance, Christian Salgado, Casey Kawaguchi, Tuke, Pher01, Chris Haven, Pat Milbery, Remington Robinson, Jason Graves, Patrick McGregor and Scot Lefavor — participated in a casual paint-off.
