New restaurants and vibrant spring menus provided plenty of great eats in April. Along with the early bounty of Colorado farms that added the likes of lamb, pea shoots and greens to plates at many Denver restaurants, we also tracked down some dishes new to Denver, including Yunnanese rice noodle soups, Japanese barbecue, Burmese cuisine and Israeli brunch.
