Coperta, a new restaurant from
Beast + Bottle's chef Paul Reilly and co-owner Aileen Reilly, features the cuisine of Rome and Southern Italy. Think beyond spaghetti and red sauce to a daily selection of small bites, a mozzarella bar serving cheese and salumi, housemade pastas and impeccably sourced meats and seafood.
