First Look: El Rancho

The historic El Rancho in Evergreen is back! The local staple that was once popular enough to earn its own highway exit on I-70 not only has a new menu and remodeled interior, but now has its own on-site brewery. First opened in the late 1940s, El Rancho remained vacant for nearly two years until it reopened under new management at the end of last year. Photos by Brandon Marshall.
