First Look: Izakaya Ronin Is Ready to Serve RiNo's Late-Night Crowd
Chef Corey Baker is spreading the sushi word from his original LoHi restaurant, Sushi Ronin, to a new spot called Izakaya Ronin (3053 Brighton Boulevard) in the Industry building. The main floor of Izakaya Ronin offers a menu similar to Baker's first eatery from 5 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, but downstairs there's a hidden izakaya that will serve Japanese pub food, whisky and cocktails from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Izakaya Ronin opens Saturday, December 2, but here's a preview, from glistening slices of raw fish to brimming bowls of ramen.
