The Denver Central Market has been in the works for more than a year, but will finally throw open its doors to the public on Sunday, September 25, with initial hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Market, with eleven food and beverage vendors all peddling artisan products from fresh-baked pastries to gleaming seafood, is exactly what downtown Denver needs to propel the city into a new era of culinary excellence and community-oriented commerce.
