Fish N Beer's cioppino stays close to the classic San Francisco recipe.
Last fall, chef Antonio Herrera Ramirez moved to Denver with his wife (who was eight months pregnant at the time) to escape the devastation of Hurrricane Irma in his Virgin Islands home. The timing turned out to be perfect, as Fish N Beer owner Kevin Morrison was looking for an expert in seafood to head his RiNo kitchen. Here's a taste of Ramirez's new menu, which includes Fish N Beer favorites like wood-grilled oysters in devil butter, and whole grilled Alamosa striped bass, but also introduces San Francisco-style cioppino, buttery clam chowder and the chef's "rich ass chocolate cake." Now's the perfect time to go on a seafood diet!
