From big-time developer to the big house?
In this week's Westword, Jared Jacang Maher writes about One Lincoln Park developer Erik Osborn, who says he can't afford an attorney to defend him against felony charges that he stole money from construction projects. But the public defenders office has refused his request for a lawyer. Why? Osborns current home at 7 Polo Club Lane is a massive Italian-style villa on the market for $6.5 million.
