Habit Doughnut Dispensary and Carbon Beverage Cafe opened this morning on Platte street as two separate businesses with a common kitchen. Habit serves fresh doughnuts and convenience store items while Carbon serves as a high-tech coffee house with beer, wine and cocktails on tap. Both get creative with the menus: think clove cigarette doughnuts at Habit and pizza in a cup at Carbon. Photos by Mark Antonation.
