Rumble in the Rockies was a film-worthy chef competition in Boulder on Sunday, April 29, 2018.

The chefs sharpened their knives and went to battle at the Riverside in Boulder on Sunday, April 29, 2018. The Rumble in the Rockies pitted East (Thach Tran, Jeff Stoneking and Ryan Gorby) against West (Kyle Mendenhall, Steve Redzikowski and Thomas Vigil) in a judged culinary throwdown to raise money for the Flatirons Food Film Festival, which takes place later this year. Snacks were also provided by Tip Top Savory Pies, Kelley and Ping, OHi Food Co. and Snarf's Sandwiches while the rumble raged in the kitchen. Here's a view of the action.
