Denver Rally for Justice for George Floyd Turns Into Violent Protest

Hundreds of demonstrators gathered at the State Capitol on May 28 for the Justice for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Sean Reed & Others rally. But what started out peaceful turned into a protest that stretched through blocks of downtown and Capitol Hill; police ultimately used tear gas to disperse the crowd. "Coloradans are better than this," said Governor Jared Polis.
