Free Smells at the Sweet Grass Cannabis Bakery

Free Smells at the Sweet Grass Cannabis Bakery

We're constantly finding new ways to ingest cannabis, but Sweet Grass has stayed true to our edibles roots, making pot-infused cookies and seasonal baked goods since 2009. With recipes born inside of founder Julie Berliner's trailer — so she could drive the kitchen away before the fuzz showed up — Sweet Grass has become Colorado's most baked bakery, growing its own cannabis and whipping up delicious versions of the classic edibles we were introduced to. Westword went inside the Sweet Grass grow and infused bakery to see how the treats are made.
