Jared Polis was inaugurated as Colorado's 43rd governor on January 8, and celebrated that night at the Blue Sneaker Ball at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. After the speeches, Cyndi Lauper and Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats entertained Polis supporters, many of whom wore sneakers in honor of the new guv's favorite footwear.
