The Boulder Jewish Community Center hosted the Colorado Jewish Food Festival on Sunday, April 15.

Colorado's Jewish community came together over good grub on Sunday, April 15, at the Colorado Jewish Food Festival. More than just bagels, latkes, kugel and knishes (though there were plenty of all of those), the festival was also a mini-symposium on modern gardening and food preservation, with workshops on composting and pickling, among other activities. Here's a look at the food and folks of the fest, which took place at the Boulder Jewish Community Center.
